this is the council of Surkh rood district and this council solve the problems residents of Surkh rood district ishaqullah kakar met with all of them these member of council and discuss with them something about next election of Afghanistan and all of the member of that council as well the president of youth council agree with ishaqullah kakar and promise ishaqullah kakar to stand with him in every condition.
