ishaqullah kakar talking about his profile his profile is ishaqullah kakar was born in 1986 in jalal abad city when he was 7 years old he travel to pakistan due to attack of russian to his home country he was refuge there 12 years and he studied up to 6 class there then he came back to Afghanistan started high school in Chaknowri high school Nangarhar Af then took entry exam of University in Nangarhar University but when the result announce which faculty he liked he did not pass for that faculty( faculty of economic) it means he passed for education faculty of Nangarhar then he also did not have permitted from his parents to started education faculty then he took entry test in Khurasan University he passed for his favorite faculty BBA he did BBA from 2009 up to 2013 ishaqullah kakar has alot of work experience in gov and non gov org.
